Do my guests need to create an account to RSVP?
No. Each guest gets a unique invitation link that authenticates them automatically. They click the link, fill in the form, and they're done. No passwords, no sign-up pages, nothing to remember.
Can I change my template after I've set up my wedding?
Yes, any time. Your wedding details and guest list stay the same when you switch templates or colourways, so you can experiment freely until your big day.
How many guests can I invite?
As many as you want. There's no cap on the guest list, no per-guest fee, and no tier of "premium" features locked behind extra payments.
Can I invite day guests and evening-only guests separately?
Yes. You tag each guest as day or evening, and their invitations automatically show the right information. Evening-only guests don't see ceremony times or meal-choice fields.
Can guests bring a plus-one?
If you allow it on a per-guest basis, yes. Guests with a +1 see a clear note on their invitation and can add their plus-one's name, meal choice and dietary requirements when they RSVP.
What happens after 18 months?
Your dashboard becomes read-only. You can still log in and export your data, but you can't send new invitations or collect new RSVPs. Your live invitation page stays up (or can be hidden, your choice).
Can I export my guest list and responses?
Yes, at any time. One click downloads a CSV of your full guest list with RSVP status, meal choices, dietary requirements, plus-one details, and any messages guests left. Compatible with Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wedding details and guest list are visible only to you and your guests (via their tokenised links). We don't sell data, don't share it with advertisers, and don't use it for anything except running your wedding website.
